Maria is Austin Texan Realty’s Broker and has been licensed in Texas since 1999. Maria has been helping buyers and sellers in Austin and its surrounding counties. She takes pride in educating clients every step of the way during the transaction from beginning to end. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Maria has extensive continuing education in Real Estate and Lending and has the following designations: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Her background as a Mortgage Loan Officer has over 14 years of mortgage lending experience which gives her a unique understanding of both sides of the transaction.
